Terms and Conditions – 3 Patti Sky Platform Rules

1. Introduction

Welcome to 3 Patti Sky. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that apply to your use of the 3 Patti Sky website, mobile application and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

3 Patti Sky is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for players in Pakistan. The Platform offers slots, live casino games including Teen Patti and Roulette, sports betting with a focus on Cricket and PSL, and a range of promotional and VIP benefits. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 3 Patti Sky.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use 3 Patti Sky you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The Platform is strictly for adults. We do not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, play or wager on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be the registered account holder and the only person using your account. Shared accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when registering. Any false details provided during registration may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a 3 Patti Sky employee where such play would present a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform.

By registering an account you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements above. You are responsible for ensuring you remain eligible to use the Platform at all times.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 3 Patti Sky. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method or same IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent bans across all associated accounts, as well as forfeiture of any balances held.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any other person. 3 Patti Sky will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact our support team immediately via the contact details provided on the Platform.

3.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during and after registration must be accurate and kept up to date. This includes your name, date of birth, contact information and payment details. 3 Patti Sky may request supporting documents at any time to verify the information held on your account. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3.4 Account Currency

All accounts on 3 Patti Sky are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonuses and winnings are all displayed and processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied.

4. Deposits & Payments

3 Patti Sky supports PKR deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and major debit/credit cards. Mobile wallet top-ups are also supported where available.

• All deposits are processed in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered player — are not permitted.
• 3 Patti Sky does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.
• Deposit funds are typically credited to your account within minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time.
• Deposited funds may be subject to verification checks before being released for wagering, particularly for new accounts or first-time deposits above certain thresholds.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawing your winnings from 3 Patti Sky is straightforward. We support JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfers for withdrawals in PKR. Full details of the withdrawal process are available on our Withdrawal page.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as your 3 Patti Sky account. This is a security measure to protect against fraud.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed within your account at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• VIP players at Silver tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing, which typically results in faster clearance times. Diamond tier players receive near-instant withdrawal coordination.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for larger amounts or where account verification has not been completed.
• Where a bonus has been claimed, wagering requirements must be met in full before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
• Withdrawals of original deposit amounts (not bonus funds) are not subject to wagering requirements.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

3 Patti Sky offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed clearly when the offer is presented. You are responsible for reading and understanding these requirements before accepting any bonus.

6.2 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity window, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in one or more being voided.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit or manipulate the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers multiple times, using irregular betting patterns to extract bonus value, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses, voiding of associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

6.5 Cricket & PSL Promotions

During major cricket events such as PSL season, ICC tournaments and Pakistan home series, 3 Patti Sky may offer cricket-specific promotions including enhanced odds, free bet credits and reload bonuses. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available to eligible registered players only.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 3 Patti Sky is subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the Platform except where a cash-out option is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• 3 Patti Sky reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a result was already known at the time of placement, or where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• In the event of a disagreement about a result, the outcome as determined by the relevant governing body — such as the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches — will be used as the definitive result.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface before you confirm your stake.
• Winnings from slots and casino games are determined by certified random number generators. Game outcomes are independent and cannot be influenced by previous results or by any action taken outside the game itself.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be completed as normal and the result applied to your account. If a game cannot be completed due to a technical fault on our side, the round will be voided and your stake returned.

8. VIP Programme

3 Patti Sky operates a five-tier VIP programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Membership is automatic and based on your activity on the Platform. There is no separate application process.

• Tier progression is calculated based on cumulative wagering activity over a rolling period. The exact thresholds for each tier are displayed within the VIP section of your account.
• Benefits increase at each tier and include higher withdrawal limits, monthly PKR cashback, personalised bonus offers, and dedicated account management from Platinum tier onwards.
• VIP status is reviewed periodically. If your activity falls below the threshold required for your current tier, your tier may be adjusted downward at the next review date. You will be notified before any downgrade takes effect.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, gifted or sold to another player.
• 3 Patti Sky reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds or associated benefits at any time. Existing VIP members will be notified of material changes in advance.

9. Responsible Gaming

3 Patti Sky is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We want the Platform to be an enjoyable entertainment experience for all players. If gaming stops being fun and starts causing stress, financial pressure or personal problems, it is important to take action early.

We provide the following tools to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period before the change is applied.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or card games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money through deposits and withdrawals on the Platform. 3 Patti Sky maintains anti-money laundering procedures and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment betting and gaming.
• Providing false identity documents or fraudulent payment information.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the accounts of other players.

12. Account Closure

12.1 Closure by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided all verification requirements have been met and no bonus wagering requirements are outstanding on those funds.

12.2 Closure by 3 Patti Sky

3 Patti Sky reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the Platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months may be classified as inactive. We will attempt to contact you at your registered email address before applying any inactivity policy. Details of any inactivity fee applicable to dormant accounts will be communicated at that time.

13. Liability

3 Patti Sky provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the Platform is available, accurate and reliable at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Platform will be free from errors at all times.

• 3 Patti Sky will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity issues on your end, or force majeure events outside our reasonable control.
• We will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind, including loss of profits or opportunity.
• Our total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform will not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14. Changes to These Terms

3 Patti Sky may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable regulations or our operating practices. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or via a notice displayed on the Platform before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.

The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations.
